PROJECT REQUESTS:
- Equip 22 teams for National Dewar’s Discovery program
- 110 Hand held PDA’s to collect personal information and survey results during sampling
- Quick set-up under limited table top space
- Self contained systems without reliance on venue power or internet
- Taste Coordinator capable of tracking individual participation and data submittal
- Single system data collection for uploading after event night
- Wishoo dashboard for immediate data point tracking
OBJECTIVES:
- Gain Scotch preference from targeted demographic audience
- Collect accurate personal demographics of all participants during sampling process
- Collection of opt-ins from participants wanting further brand information or invitations to future events
ACTIVATION:
- 110 iPod Touch devices displaying HTML data collection interface distributed from PC via wireless router
- 22 laptops will display participant screen position to ensure proper placement and required data submittal
- Data Collected on PDA but stored on PC with operator save button. This permits only 1 device requiring
internet connectivity after event for data transfer
- Each participant receives Dewar’s brand ‘Thank You’ response delivered by Wishoo
- Wishoo uploads all event data to client/brand CRM team for future communication and invitations
